The challenge
The RJI Show had a powerful mission — sharing real testimonies of lives changed by Jesus — but no system behind it. Analytics lived scattered across YouTube. Social posts were written by hand, if at all. Planning happened in someone's head. For a small, mission-driven team, every hour spent on mechanics was an hour not spent on the message.
What we built
A complete content engine — four systems working together, none of which existed before.
- A YouTube analytics backend that pulls the channel's performance into one place, so the team can see what's resonating without digging through dashboards.
- AI-powered social generation and posting that turns each episode into ready-to-publish social content and gets it out the door automatically.
- A content planning tool that gives the team one place to map what's coming next instead of tracking it ad hoc.
- A public website — episodes, Watch & Listen, and clear paths to submit a testimony, apply to be a guest, sponsor, or support the show.
Why it matters
A ministry's time should go to the message, not the mechanics. We built the infrastructure so The RJI Show can focus on the testimonies — and let the system handle the rest.
